"This Is For You If"

This Training Is Built For You If

You’re In Credit Repair Or Tax Prep

You already serve people in financial distress. Right now, when a client’s situation goes past what you can fix, you send them away. This is the service you’ve been giving to somebody else.

You Want Revenue That Repeats

Document preparation is defined, repeatable work with a governed fee structure — not one-off project income you have to rebuild from zero every month.

You Want A Real Credential

Not a certificate of attendance. A certification with a 70% pass requirement that your own clients can verify before they hand you their case.

YOUR HOST

Meet Earl Bowers

I've been selling since 2003 and running my own shops since 2007 — thirteen years in cars, then a clothing brand with a real store upstairs from my sister's barbershop. I put more than $100,000 into that brand and did every job myself: design, inventory, sales, the floor. When my sister moved the barbershop out, the foot traffic went with her. I ended up selling out of my trunk to customers who were used to walking into a store. What I took from that: I didn't lose the business because I couldn't sell. I lost it because I had no systems, so I could never focus on the part I was actually good at. Later I went looking for help with my own credit. Four or five restoration programs, four or five different people, and it barely moved. Someone finally said the word bankruptcy — and I found out attorneys charge $1,700 to $2,200, plus the filing fee. If you're in that position, you don't have it. So I got trained as a petition preparer. Then I found out every software built for this work was built for attorneys, at around $150 per client filed. Nothing existed for non-attorneys. I built the one that does.

FAQ

The Questions Everyone Asks First

Is this actually legal?

es. 11 U.S.C. §110 is the federal statute that recognizes and regulates non-attorney bankruptcy petition preparers. It sets out signature requirements, disclosure obligations, and fee rules. It exists precisely because Congress acknowledged that non-attorneys prepare these documents. On the training I walk through the statute section by section so you can read it yourself rather than take my word for it.

Do I need a law degree, a license, or a certification to start?

No law degree and no bar license. §110 does not require either. What it does require is that you understand the line between preparing documents and practicing law — because crossing it is where preparers get sanctioned. That distinction is the core of what this training covers.

How much can I charge?

§110 does not set a national number. Bankruptcy courts set presumptive fee maximums by district, and a court can order a preparer to turn over fees that exceed what’s reasonable. On the training I explain how those limits work, how to find the standard in your district, and how to build a compliant revenue structure around the governed preparation fee.

What if I’ve never touched a bankruptcy form in my life?

That’s the normal starting point. Most people who do this work well came from credit repair, tax preparation, or financial services not law. The training assumes zero prior exposure and starts at the beginning.

When is it and how do I join?

Live every Thursday at 7:00 PM ET. Register and you’ll get an access link by email — click it a few minutes before start time. Nothing to install.

What if I can't attend live?

Register anyway. Everyone who registers gets access to the replay for 72 hours after the session ends. The link goes to the email address you register with, so use one you actually check.
